Model LCF650 is a Pancake Load Cell designed for high capacity applications in tension and compression. The flexure is made from a robust 17-4 Stainless Steel and it is available in a 250,000 lbs capacity. The LCF650 Pancake Load Cell uses metal foil strain gauge technology, achieving great accuracy. The diaphragm has 16 bolt down holes along the outer diameter for easy mounting. Options for Amplified Version are also available.
The Pancake Load Cell has Nonlinearity of ±0.1% and Deflection of 0.005” nominal. The standard LCF650 Pancake Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in US.
